We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ghakleonwyxranor. You may return unopened and unused scented candles within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, excluding original shipping costs. The product must be in its original packaging and condition.
To initiate a return, please contact us at serviceteam@ghakleonwyxranor.world with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued for the product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used candles. Additionally, custom or personalized gift sets cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.
